Throughout the courses, you’ll gain valuable, transferable skills in planning, preparation, and material selection. Learn a variety of printing techniques through engaging group demonstrations and guided individual experimentation. Our experienced tutors provide 1-to-1 support to help you explore, develop, and refine your personal printmaking project.
By the end of the courses, you’ll not only have created your own unique prints, you will receive a Halesowen college certificate and have the opportunity to progress onto our Enhancing print making skills course in term 2.
Diverse Techniques:
The course will cover a range of printmaking processes, such as:
-basic lino skills
-Monotype/Monoprint
-Collage
-Multi layer prints
-Gelli Printing
-Screen Printing
Workshop Environment:
The course will familiarize students with the printmaking studio environment, including the use of specialized equipment and materials.
